Returns and Complaints Policy

This document defines the rules for returns and complaints in the online store available at kontakt@filipport.com.

We want your shopping experience to be pleasant and secure — below you will find all the essential information.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer or a business with consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment — without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send an email to:

with a notice of withdrawal and your order number.

Return conditions:

  • The product must not show signs of use.
  • It should be returned in its original condition (preferably in the original packaging).
  • The return must be sent within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
  • Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

Once the returned product is received, the funds will be refunded within 14 days — using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless agreed otherwise).

When a Return Is Not Possible

According to applicable regulations, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Products made to special or individual order.
  • Personalized works or items made according to customer specifications.

For standard prints or non-personalized works, returns are fully possible.

Complaints — if something is wrong

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you can file a complaint.

How to file a complaint?
Send an email to: kontakt@filipport.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

Complaints are processed within 14 days.

If the complaint is accepted:

  • We will send a replacement product, or
  • Refund the full order amount — the decision will be agreed with the customer.

If the defect is due to damage during transport, it is recommended to keep the original packaging until the complaint is resolved.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • Within a maximum of 14 days
  • Using the same payment method you used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
