3. Orders
Orders can be placed through the store 24/7.
Placing an order requires providing the information necessary for shipping and accepting these terms and conditions.
After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation email.
The order is processed after payment is received (unless the store offers cash on delivery).
4. Payments
The store accepts the following payment methods:
- Fast online payments (e.g., Przelewy24, PayPal, Stripe — depending on implementation)

Payment should be made within 48 hours of placing the order — otherwise, the order may be canceled.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product — without giving any reason.

The product should be returned in its original condition, preferably in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Note: By law, products made to individual order (e.g., personalized works) are not eligible for return.
8. Complaints
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer can file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted by email to: kontakt@filipport.com, including a description of the issue and photos of the damage.
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
If the complaint is accepted, the seller will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Refund the payment — depending on agreement with the customer.

10. Final Provisions
